Founded in 2001 by representatives from York’s professional services, we are committed to raising the profile of York as a city for business. Our mission is to build strong professional relationships and provide a supportive business environment for our members. Driven by a board directors selected from across the membership, and chaired by Rachel Goddard, York Professionals wants to continue building the reputation of York’s professional community.
We want to provide our members with a forum for debate and an up-to-date source of business information, allowing you to engage with the relevant issues. Through linking small businesses with strategic partners, like the City of York Council, and providing high-quality events such as the annual Venturefest conference, we want to enhance the economic development of the City of York.
